The villa spans two levels connected by an internal staircase. Each level has its own refrigerator. This clever design makes it ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to share a beautiful space without sacrificing their own sense of privacy.
The main floor houses the modern, fully equipped kitchen — the natural heart of the home — along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower floor functions as a self-contained retreat, with two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom with washing machine. The house has private parking spots for 4 cars.
